We are currently accepting applications with a final deadline of 20 May 2013.
Course organizers will process applications on a continuous basis and will contact applicants by mail soon after receiving the filled out application form.
When sending in the application form, please also transfer € 100 registration fee to the university’s account. (The application will only be processed once the registration fee has arrived on the account.)
Participation fee is € 550 / course. This includes the € 100 registration fee. In case of withdrawal, the course fee is non-refundable. Secondary school and university students, under the age of 25, are eligible for a € 50 discount, if they are able to attach a certificate of enrolment for the academic year 2012/2013 to their application. In this case, the participation fee is only € 500.
The receipt of successfully submitted applications will be confirmed by the organizers on a continuous basis. Upon notification of acceptance, participants are required to pay the € 100 registration fee as soon as possible.
The final deadline for paying the full fee for the course (in other words, the remaining € 450) is 7 June 2013. Course participation only becomes possible once the participation fee has been paid.

The organizers reserve the right, in case of sudden illness of the course leader, to replace him or her with a substitute course leader of equal standing. If this cannot be arranged, or in case the number of course participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the course may be cancelled by the organizers. Should this occur, applicants will be informed in time and the registration and course fee will, of course, be refunded to the applicants. Any further compensation, however, is not possible.
Participants of the course will receive a certificate of participation.
Summer Academy Budapest assumes no liability for possible accidents or damages occurring during the program.
